At Zorimon, we want you to be delighted with your saree purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy for most items.

 

Eligible Items for Return

You can return any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered saree purchased on zorimon.com within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. The saree must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

 

Exceptions to Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom-made sarees: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made sarees, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps within the 7-day return window:

Contact Us: Email us at zorimon24@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Authorization: We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

 

Returning Your Item

Packing: Carefully pack the unworn saree in its original packaging, including all tags and any other included items.

Shipping: Securely seal the package and include the RA number clearly on the outside. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Proof of Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Keep a copy of your return receipt for your records.

 

Refunds

Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Additional Information

Exchanges: We don't currently offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired size or style.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at zorimon24@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our expense.

Timeframes: Please note that processing times for returns and refunds may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
