“Pure Banarasi” sarees are the epitome of authentic Indian craftsmanship, deeply rooted in the ancient textile traditions of Banaras (Varanasi or Kashi). The sarees are renowned for their exquisite brocades woven in silk and gold on traditional pit looms. Crafted by Kinkhabs, each saree is unique and impossible to replicate due to the loom’s complex construction.
The main body of the saree features a multicolored design with vertical stripes in shades of pink, blue, yellow, orange, and green. Each stripe is adorned with delicate silver zari work in a repeating floral motif, resembling small bouquets or vines. This intricate butta work adds a luxurious shimmer and texture to the entire body of the saree.
The pallu features a rich red background, similar to the border, and is covered in elaborate silver zari work. The design includes large, ornate paisley motifs (known as 'kalga' in Banarasi weaving tradition) interspersed with smaller floral patterns. The pallu's edge is finished with a decorative silver zari border, adding an extra touch of elegance.
The border consists of a wide band of deep red silk, providing a beautiful contrast to the multicolored body. The border is adorned with intricate silver zari work in traditional Banarasi patterns. These include geometric designs, floral motifs, and a delicate scalloped edge.
The blouse is made of the same rich red silk as the border and pallu with silver zari work around the edges with motifs and geometric designs upscaling the saree to its ultimate beauty.

Wash - Dry Clean only. Cold water is recommended.
There may be slight differences in color between the item you receive and the product picture on the website. This is due to variations in fabric dyes, weather, lighting, camera settings, and monitor displays.
Embroidery: Embroidery, patchwork, and thread work might have slight irregularities, adding to the unique charm of each piece. Turn the garment inside out before washing to avoid abrasion.
Woven: Missing yarn, slubs, and uneven yarn contrasts are natural outcomes of the weaving process, contributing to the unique style of woven products.
Hand Prints: Hand-printed items have minor imperfections that make them unique. Traditional dyeing and printing may cause slight color bleeding during the first wash. The rawness of the designs adds to the beauty of your outfit.
Woven Motifs: There may be slight variations in the design.
Beads & Sequins: Beads and sequins may fall off despite careful handling. Losing a few does not affect the overall look of the attire and is not noticeable.
Enjoy your outfit and shine away!"
